By using the Service — including starting the bot, registering, paying for services or accessing materials — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and accept them without reservation.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the Service.
Nature of services and digital goods
The Service provides intangible digital goods and services, including but not limited to information materials, training programs, consultations, digital products and technical services.
Materials provided through the Service may include:
- information from publicly available sources;
- original materials of the Administration and/or third parties;
- analytical reviews, curated collections, recommendations and structured data.
You acknowledge that the value of the Service’s digital goods and services lies in their organisation, analysis, presentation, support and updates, not in the exclusivity of any individual piece of information.
The Service does not claim or guarantee that any individual element of its materials is unique, exclusive or unavailable elsewhere.
Disclaimer of warranties and liability
The Service is provided “AS IS”.
The Administration does not guarantee:
- that the Service will meet your expectations;
- any financial, commercial, professional or other results;
- uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
The Administration is not liable for:
- any direct or indirect losses, including lost profits;
- the consequences of your use of the materials provided;
- the actions or omissions of third parties;
- temporary technical failures or access restrictions.
You make all decisions about using the materials, recommendations and services independently and at your own risk.
Lawful use
The Service is not intended to encourage, organise or facilitate any unlawful activity.
You agree to use the Service only in compliance with applicable law and the rules of third parties.
You bear full responsibility for the lawful use of the Service’s materials and services.
Intellectual property
All materials available in the Service are protected by intellectual property law.
You may not copy, distribute, resell, transfer to third parties or otherwise use the Service’s materials without the right holder’s permission.
Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in restricted access to the Service without compensation.
Restriction of access
The Administration may suspend or restrict your access to the Service in the event of:
- a breach of these Terms;
- detected abuse;
- requirements of law or payment providers.
Restriction of access does not release you from obligations that arose earlier.
The Administration reserves the right to refuse service to users whose actions may create increased risks for the Service, payment providers or third parties.
Payments and refunds
Services and digital goods are paid for on the terms shown in the Service before payment.
Because digital goods and services are intangible, payments are non-refundable once access has been provided, except in the cases listed below.
A refund is possible only if:
- the service was not provided due to a technical fault of the Service;
- access to the digital product was not actually provided.
To request a refund, you must contact support within 24 hours of payment.
Refund decisions are made by the Administration on a case-by-case basis.
You agree not to initiate a chargeback through a payment system without first contacting the Service’s support team.
Privacy
The Administration may collect the minimum technical data required to operate the Service.
The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security of transmitted information.
Changes to the Terms
The Administration may amend these Terms.
The current version of the Terms is published in the Service.
Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
